Data that can be deleted

After verification, Abest Team will delete, or request deletion from the relevant service provider, of eligible data under our control that can reasonably be linked to you. This may include:

• Email addresses supplied directly to us.
• User IDs and device or other IDs that can be linked to the request.
• Identifiable diagnostics, crash, and analytics records where deletion is supported.

Data that may be kept

Some information may not be deleted immediately or may need to be retained:

• Purchase and transaction records required for accounting, legal compliance, security, dispute resolution, or fraud prevention.
• Aggregated or anonymized analytics that can no longer identify you.
• Information controlled independently by Google Play or Unity, which is handled under those providers’ privacy and account controls.
• Residual backup copies, when applicable, for up to 90 days before they are overwritten through normal backup cycles.

Verification and timing

We may request limited information to confirm that the request relates to you. We aim to acknowledge requests within 7 days and complete eligible deletion requests within 30 days. We will explain if additional time is required or if specific information must be retained.
